Reporting a repair
‘As a result of the new national lockdown, we have had to make changes to our housing repairs service.
‘We will now only be able to take requests for urgent and emergency repairs – if you need to report one of these please call 0114 273 5555. If your repair is not urgent or an emergency we will be unable to deal with it at this time.
‘However, please be assured that we will continue to support our most vulnerable tenants and individual circumstances will always be considered when responding to calls.
‘Routine gas servicing will continue, and we will continue to deal with heating breakdowns. However, any planned heating installations will be cancelled for the time being – as will all other planned repairs, appointments and inspections. We will contact anyone affected by this.
‘We apologise to all tenants affected by these changes, and thank you for your understanding and patience. We hope to return to a more normal service as soon as the Covid19 situation allows.’
